Ready admitted to civil possession and paid a fine. The remaining charges were dismissed in 2008. Patriot Says: State Worker Beat Up by SEIU Obama thugs. A state worker is recovering after a bloody brawl at a union hall. He says members of the local SEIU 1000 beat him up and sent him to the hospital all because he wanted to expose allegedl corruption within the union. Ken Hamidi is a state worker at the California Franchise Tax... Board. Last night he walked into a union hall in Sacramento for an SEIU local 1000 meeting.
"We had every right to be here, very simple; it wasn't anything private or anything exclusive," said Hamidi.
But Hamidi says the union members did not want him there.
"Three, four people jumped at me, wrestled with me, then did all that," said Hamidi. "I was covered in blood and then over to the emergency room."

Hamidi and a camerawoman were onsite at a union meeting on Thursday, according to one, apparently aiming to shoot footage for public access cable show that Hamidi said would expose corruption within the local.
Local 1000 President Yvonne Walker told KCRA Channel 3 that Hamidi physically assaulted SEIU staff when they asked him to leave.
Hamidi is host of "SHOUT TV," a public access cable show that regularly criticizes Local 1000. Hamidi is also the head of the California Professional Public Employees Association, which wants to sever from SEIU.

The only way to bring down costs is to give the Health Care industry competition and some kind or tort reform.
